We built EasyKram because waiting rooms shouldn't feel like a punishment.

For decades, the way a clinic, a salon, or a dental practice ran its day hasn't really changed. Phone calls. Paper registers. A whiteboard with names crossed off. Customers sitting in a waiting room, hoping their name comes up before lunch.

It works — but barely. The receptionist apologises a hundred times a day. The owner can't see their own schedule. The customer's whole afternoon disappears into a queue.

There's no shortage of apps that send a reminder or book an appointment. Far fewer that deal with what happens once your customer actually walks in — the queue, the apologies, the day quietly slipping behind. That's the part we wanted to fix.
